The Lexor Foundation is the social impact arm of Lexor Group, dedicated to transforming lives and strengthening communities through sustainable, high-impact initiatives. Working closely with partners such as M-LISADA, the Foundation supports vulnerable children and youth through mentoring, psychosocial guidance, and skills development. Our teams deliver focused mentorship programs, provide vocational training, including bakery demonstrations and hands-on sessions, and channel quarterly donations collected across Lexor outlets to strengthen bridge education and community learning. We also invest in cultural empowerment by donating musical instruments and supporting performing arts programs like the Dance of Hope, helping children build confidence, resilience, and creative expression. Environmental stewardship remains central to the Foundation’s mission. Each rainy season, Lexor donates and plants indigenous and fruit tree seedlings, most recently contributing 1,100 seedlings to promote conservation and long-term community greening. These efforts are complemented by community engagement activities such as Mother’s Day celebrations and the annual “Love Party,” which create joy, connection, and a sense of belonging for the children we serve. Through these combined initiatives, the Lexor Foundation continues to champion a future where every child and community has the opportunity to thrive, reflecting Lexor Group’s core values.
